Legal Counsel

Apply

We're growing fast, bringing in new clients and expanding into new markets – so we're looking for a lawyer to join our team and support us across a wide range of legal matters, with a particular focus on compliance.

What will you be responsible for?

You'll work closely with our Head of Legal, getting hands-on with things like:

  • drafting and negotiating contracts with clients and suppliers,
  • preparing resolutions and corporate documents,
  • conducting legal research and monitoring regulatory developments,
  • supporting our obligations related to the company's stock exchange listing,
  • handling compliance matters – including GDPR, cross-border regulations (especially in the context of working with US-based entities), and information security requirements.

That last area is especially important to us. We operate in the tech industry, serve clients across multiple jurisdictions, and need to make sure our processes hold up on both sides of the Atlantic. If you have experience in this area, that's a genuine advantage.

Who are we looking for?

This role is for you if you:

  • hold a degree in law,
  • have at least 2 years of professional experience,
  • are fluent in English at C1 level or above,
  • are comfortable working across multiple areas of law rather than staying in one lane.

It's also a strong plus if you:

  • have knowledge or hands-on experience with GDPR, ISO27001 and other data and security frameworks,
  • have a background in intellectual property law, particularly software licensing,
  • are familiar with capital markets regulations,
  • have experience drafting IT contracts or contracts in English.

Terms of Cooperation

We work in a hybrid model. However, in this position, it is important to us that you can work mainly from our office at Zabłocie 43B in Kraków. We expect you to work from our office 3–4 days per week, especially for the first few months. We offer various agreements, so you can choose the one that best suits your needs. This is a full-time position with flexible working hours.

  • organizing group training sessions for technical and non-technical skills,
  • encouraging work-related initiatives such as presenting at conferences, writing blog posts, or organizing your own workshops within the company.
